As someone who’s super into making pizza from scratch, I was really excited to get my hands on a Chicago Brick Oven. The oven arrived in great shape and matched exactly what I was expecting. I’m still in the middle of installing and finishing it up, but I can already tell this thing is built to last. The materials feel top-notch.
Customer support has been first class. I’ve had a few questions along the way, and CBO’s team has been quick and super helpful every time. It’s clear they care about getting people set up right.
As a side note, the installation is definitely a project. It’s not plug-and-play, so be ready to put in some work (or hire help). Also, it took a bit longer to ship than I thought.
